Fishing in Summer & Winter


Explore Swedens fantastic fishing waters, in summer or winter, in the middle of swedish wilderness and seclusion.
Whether in lakes, rivers or streams, the beautiful Södra Venjan fishing area leaves no wishes left over.

A really good hotspot for pike, perch and trout would be the large lake Öklingen, wich is directly in front of our camping space!
But also fishing for grayling or whitefish is possible, just ask for appropiate water in the Södra Venjan fishing area.

You not do without your hobby in winterholidays, but you don’t have the equipment for ice fishing? No problem! In Malung (20 min) there is a sports shop with good selection.

The fishing licences for the whole Södra Venjan fishing area you can buy at our reception in the main building.

We also rent boats with and without motor and canoes. Attention, reservation is required.
